Who we are
Vantum Studio is operated by Vantum Capital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with a registered address at 1021 E Lincolnway #9372, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Contact: mail@vantum-capital.com.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver the service:
- Account information (name, email, business name, business address)
- Payment data (processed by Stripe: we do not store card details)
- Uploaded assets (logos, photos, text) for site building
- Technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, session duration)
- Communication (emails, chat messages you send us)
How we use it
- To build, host, and maintain your website
- To respond to support requests and deliver updates
- To send service emails (intake, drafts, launch, monthly reports)
- To improve our product via aggregated analytics
- To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms
Third parties we use
We use a small, intentional set of vendors:
- Stripe: payment processing
- Supabase: database and storage
- Vercel: hosting and content delivery
- Resend: transactional email
- Google Analytics: anonymized traffic analytics
- Anthropic / Claude: AI model for content generation
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, export your data, or request deletion at any time by emailing mail@vantum-capital.com. California residents have additional rights under CCPA, including the right to opt out of any "sale" of personal information (we don't sell it).
Cookies
We use essential cookies (session, auth) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. No advertising cookies without your opt-in.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, plus 30 days after cancellation to handle final billing and export requests. Backups age out after 90 days.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll email you before they take effect. You'll always see the current version at this URL with its effective date at the top.
