Parties

These Terms govern your use of Vantum Studio, operated by Vantum Capital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Vantum", "we"), with registered address at 1021 E Lincolnway #9372, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. By using our services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

What we deliver

Vantum Studio designs, builds, launches, and hosts custom websites powered by a combination of AI generation and human review. Specific deliverables depend on your selected plan (Starter, Pro, or Premium) as described on our pricing page.

Payment and billing

• Setup fee is charged once at purchase.
• Monthly hosting/maintenance fee recurs on the anniversary of your purchase.
• All prices are in US Dollars.
• Failed payments trigger a 14-day grace period before service suspension.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your website within 30 days of the site going live, you may request a full refund of the setup fee by emailing mail@vantum-capital.com. No forms, no questions, no retention attempts. Refund is processed within 5 business days. Monthly fees paid during that period are also refunded.

Intellectual property

You own the content you provide (text, photos, logos) and any custom-designed visual elements produced for your site. We own the underlying platform, tools, templates, AI prompts, and infrastructure. On cancellation, we export a static copy of your finished site (HTML, CSS, assets) to you upon request.

Your obligations

• Provide accurate business information.
• Have the legal right to use assets you upload (logos, photos).
• Comply with applicable laws (no illegal content, no copyright infringement).
• Reasonable use of support: bigger-than-monthly changes are billed separately.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by emailing us or via your client dashboard. Your site remains live for 30 days after cancellation, giving you time to migrate if desired. After 30 days, the site is taken offline and final data export is sent.

Service availability

We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third parties (hosting providers, DNS, ISPs).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the total fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, business interruption).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you provide (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or privacy claims).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
